Renault Céres 325-355 (2001-03)
Céreksen viimeinen eli neljäs sukupolvi oli tuotannossa vuosina 2001-2003. Mallistosta jäi 3-sylinterinen malli pois ja vastaavasti yläpäähän lisättiin 97-hevosvoimainen 355. Deere-moottoreissa oli entistä enemmän vääntöä ja myös teholukemat nousivat parilla hevosvoimalla. 3,9-litraiset moottorit oli korvattu 4,5-litraisilla.
